I defended my dissertation on February 24th and am slowly recovering. It was such a momentous day and it could not have gone any better. I have to turn in the final draft to the university on April 1st, which is when it will be official, so I still have quite a bit of work to finish over the next few weeks.
And....
I am moving to California on March 31st! Santa Monica, to be precise. 12 blocks from the beach. Big and exciting changes :)
